  • Year: 1972
  • Model: 365 GTC/4
  • Description: Reimel Motor Cars is proud to offer this 1972 Ferrari 365 GTC/4 with only 52,425 miles. Finished in Rosso Scuderia exterior paint over Black leather interior. Considered the “Gentleman’s GT” of the era, due to power steering and factory air conditioning, only 505 Ferrari 365 GTC/4s were manufactured. This example was originally delivered through Ferrari’s West Coast distributor, William Harrah’s Modern Classic Motors and sold to Mr. Fred Fohl of Encino, California. Fred owned the car well into the 1980s and had it painted during his ownership. During the early 1990s, the car was owned by Hubert Phipps of West Palm Beach, Florida. In October 2005, it was purchased by Richard Becherer of Cullowhee, North Carolina who owned the car until 2009. Steve Barney of North Carolina was the next owner, and then Vince Burgos of California. The car was then sold to AutoSport Designs of Huntington Station, New York who performed comprehensive mechanical reconditioning. The car was subsequently purchased by John Barrett of Athens, Georgia in 2011. In 2018, Ambrosio Concepts of Colorado performed a total restoration. The car was disassembled and taken down to bare metal. Factory correct windshield, rear glass, and passenger door glass were installed. Factory correct mouse hair material was sourced for the dash. All stainless steel trim was polished and all chrome pieces were re-chromed – and the Borrani wheels were restored as well. The car is accompanied by books, tools, jack, and comprehensive service history. 83 high resolution photos available on our website www.ReimelMotorCars.com Videos on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7yauwfHVopSI5Qs9CnPF0Q/videos
